The policy reads as follows:
The Board of AME Ltd adopted a Board Gender Diversity Policy, which is implemented with effect from 23 August 2017.
The board of AME limited amended the Gender Diversity Policy to include Racial Diversity. The new amended Gender and Racial Diversity Policy is implemented with effect from 1 June 2018.
